The flow

A simple way to show what words cannot explain.

Pick only the part of the screen that matters. A bug, an installer, a dashboard, a design detail, a terminal pane or a setup step.

Send a browser link. The viewer does not need to install the host app or join a meeting.

Keep authority with the host. Remote control is optional, visible and can be disabled or stopped.

Why agents need this

Agents are strong with text. Work is not always text.

Many problems are visual. A button is disabled, a layout is broken, a permission dialog is open, a progress step is stuck, or the wrong window is active.

Screenshots go stale. Window gives the other side a live view of the exact region, so the context can change while the work continues.

Meetings are too much ceremony. You can show the relevant surface without sharing your whole screen or starting a call.

Future agent workflows need supervision. Window is built for a future where agents can inspect and act on visible context only when access is explicit, visible and revocable.

Visual fidelity

What the viewer gets.

Region first.Share a precise selected area instead of the entire display.

WebRTC path.Connections are direct when possible and use TURN when needed.
Hardware when available.H.264 hardware encoding is used when the platform can provide it.

Input

Control is useful only when it is bounded.

Mouse and keyboard.Remote control supports pointer and keyboard input for active sessions.
Control Off.The host can disable remote control while video continues.
Release all.Input release is honored when control is disabled or the session closes.
Host authority.Sharing is explicit and can be stopped by the host at any time.

Debug

Use Window when the state on screen is the evidence.

Inspect a visual state.Point someone at the exact screen region where the problem exists.

Privacy and control

Share only what you choose.

Window transmits the selected screen region over WebRTC.

Connections are direct when possible. When direct connectivity is unavailable, traffic may be relayed through the Window TURN service.

Window does not record the shared screen.

The host can disable remote control or stop sharing at any time.

Alpha

Try it when you need someone else to see the exact thing.

The alpha is for technical users who debug real screens, collaborate across machines, or want a cleaner way to bring visual context into human and agent-assisted work.
